It’s Stress-full

“Stress- a psychological state of emotional strain or tension.” 

It’s a common condition faced by most of the people in today’s life.  Poor work-life balance, emotional hardships, job issues, family problems are major causes of stress. When your heart gets involved, you mentally get weakened which results into stress. But the worst part of stress is that it kills you before any acknowledgement and you become its victim. Its like a monster that eats up your body, mind and soul.

Do you know how stressful a stress can be? I myself didn’t realized it until I had to go to doctor. It was a condition of preponed menstrual cycle. I never knew stress can be so destructive that it will slowly start weakening me from inside. But I had to face its consequence. I am still on the medication and hopefully condition will be under control. So beat the stress before it starts beating you. The best ways to do so and the ones which worked in my case are:

  • Stay happy and cheerful.
  • Don’t worry about anything because its not the end of the world.
  • Take breaks in between. Relax.
  • Speak out your heart. Share it with your family and friends.
  • Pursue your hobbies as they act as stress busters.

You can find your own ways to deal with it but its good that you tackle it as early as possible. This drives  me to write a haiku on stress. It goes this way…
